Insured can call for information on their account. The message given to the insured will be based upon the status of the account at the time of the call. 

Examples would be: Current, Late, Cancellation Request Sent, Reinstatement Request Sent, Paid Off, NSF, or Pending

VCS writes to the database information about each call. These calls may then be recalled in reports so that the company may judge the efficiency and use of the program and it's internal operations.
