Evolution's development and technology

1979 The doors were opened for business however; when we incorporated we changed the name to Evolution.  For a number of years our DOS product was used in many companies across the United States.   Some of our customers were Aon before they bought Cananwill and Progressive Insurance.

1989 We started on the groundwork (file structure) for a new software package.  Incorporating into this software everything we had learned to date.

After our development team of people spent 22+ man-years in meetings, writing code, and testing, Evolution released the first premium finance software that was Microsoft Windows ™ compatible in 1993.

We have continued to add many man-years to our endeavor to supply the best tools to the premium finance industry. We evolved our software while listening to the operators, managers, and owners. Our past performance is a clear indicator that we are clearly way ahead of our competition and plan to stay that way.

In 1995 we had our first release of our evaluation, a full working copy of our software that prospects could run themselves instead of relying on magic tricks (demos) or just literature to assist them in making good sound business decisions (try before you license).  We kept this going until webinars became popular and we were able to demonstrate to different companies at the same time..

Innovations Since 1995
Evolution was not satisfied just having a back office product that could do the job.  We have stepped out into the realm of the Internet with innovative concepts that seem to set the standard instead of following others. i.e. Real-Time access.

2000 We moved into the millennium without a hitch.  However, the Y2K compliance was done behind the scenes without many users even knowing we were doing it.  Around this timeframe we released PF 32™ and Compete™ and reworked our internet access with the release of Accounts .Net™

2008 Again leading the way, releasing Back Office+™, while completely re-working Accounts .Net. These products were designed to keep pace with today’s needs with new features and functionality.

2009 Our 30th anniversary this year.

2009 We released Rapid Fire™, for all business types in or out of the industy. Designed to keep pace with today’s email needs with new features and functionality.

2010 We released eScout4u.

Technologically Advanced

Many companies tout they are technologically advanced, but what does that mean to you?  First and foremost it is software functionality that gets the job done then delivery methods. 
Do you really understand or want to understand these words; XML, ASP, ISP, SLA, .Net, Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Java, IVR, bandwidth, IP address?  Don’t be concerned if you don’t as you will be in the majority of the population.  However, if you want to get deep, just let us know.

Evolution is constantly upgrading its technology in operating systems, the internet, software development tools, internal skill sets and more.  We have led this industry in many ways!  Did we mention we’ve had a Windows product out on the market since 1993?  Other vendors have had well over 16 years to catch us and still haven’t. 

We have our list of “first to the market with” and “we are the only vendor that …” like other vendors, however, if you look deeper you will see so much more than just software that books loans and posts payments.  We have known and said for years Progress through Change with Performance.
